The piquant sense of humor on the graphic T is muted down by an English school boy element. This look references anarchic punk aesthetics with elegant tailoring.

I agree with elixir's take but i can't see how this look conveys elegant tailoring - the tee, the pants, the cap and the sneakers show little tailored detailing, let alone elegant tailoring
