I think he looks great. I don't think it's effortless. There's so much detail so he must put thought into it but he pulls it off wonderfully.
i love his look, but sadly it's not his own. I met him at a party once and he told me he'd been sent by his modelling agency and a stylist dresses him. so KUDOS to the stylist.
